Turner has been operating in the Middle East continuously since 1975. We maintain a strong presence in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Egypt and Jordan. Our areas of expertise center on program management, project management, and construction management, including specialty services in pre-development.

Turner's first project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was the Exxon Mobil Housing Project, completed in 1977. In response to continued growth in Saudi Arabia, Turner Construction International established Turner Arabia in 2002, to solidify our presence in and commitment to Saudi Arabia.With our operations permanently based in Saudi Arabia we offer our clients immediate accessibility and support, with the strength, stability, and resources of an international company.

Furthermore, in 2006 Turner teamed with Dubai-based global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC to jointly embrace regional growth opportunities and to form a new business entity called Turner International Middle East (TiME).
